Online streaming arrangement with Vimeo.com

Management will be orchestrating a joint arrangement with online content provider Vimeo.  The website will be making available several World Wide library titles for sale and/or download, including documentaries (Welcome to Eden), features, and television series ("Skin Deep").  The move fits into Vimeo’s current strategy of acquiring original content for sale and/or rent, providing ease of use and high image quality for HD productions.
