Acquisition of feature film THIRD LAW

World Wide is pleased to announce that it has acquired rights to feature film THIRD LAW (THE MOVIE) from Divine Decree Productions Inc. In the suspenseful drama, the secret lives and private fears of four people intersect, forcing them to make decisions that impact each other. The picture stars Mike Estes, Katharyn Wilks, Mike Arsenault, and Naveed Malik.

THIRD LAW (THE MOVIE) is written, directed, edited and produced by Naveed Malik and will be made available on World Wide’s Movie Store and for all international ancillary sales.

Acquisition of feature film POP KOWBOY

World Wide has recently acquired the rights to the feature film, Pop Kowboy by writer/director/producer Gabrielle Sebastian. Starring Shawn Driscoll (Thirteen Days, Red State, America’s Sweethearts), Ronnie Marmo (GENERAL HOSPITAL), Craig Olsen, and Ron Hunter (Van Wilder, Along Came Polly), the lives of a transvestite, an aspiring gangster, and a wannabe cowboy become entangled in this new comedy.

The film will be made available on World Wide’s MovieStore and for all international ancillary sales.

Acquisition of feature film OF LOVE & FANTASY

World Wide is pleased to announce that it has acquired the rights to feature film Of Love & Fantasy. In it, New York museum staffer William Paterson (Wade Howard) is depressed by the neglect of his wife (Linda Taylor) and egged on by by his not-so-lucid shrink (Betty Buckley - EIGHT IS ENOUGH, Wyatt Earp, The Happening) to look elsewhere. However, as he finds himself on the verge of an affair with a gorgeous intern (Amy Redford - Maid in Manhattan, Sunshine Cleaning), reality pales as William’s fantasies unfold.

The film, by writer/director Kenneth Waddell, will be made available on World Wide’s Movie Store and for all international ancillary sales.

APPLAUSE in San Francisco & Seattle April 13, 2012

Management is pleased to announce that as part of the continued theatrical rollout of Applause, the film will be opening in San Francisco, Berkeley, and Seattle.

The picture will be shown at the Lumiere in San Francisco, the Shattuck Cinemas in Berkeley, and the Varsity Theatre in Seattle beginning Friday, April 13th.

Additional Film Festivals to Showcase APPLAUSE

Management is pleased to announce that Applause will be premiered or showcased at various US film festivals and international film society events immediately prior to general release in their areas.  Regions in the US include the Midwest and Southern states.

Performance dates include premiere and showcase screenings on March 20th and 23rd (Chicago, EU Film Fest.), April 8th (Maine, River City Cinema), April 13th (Florida, Downtown Boca Film Fest.), and April 21st and 24th (Minn/St. Paul Int'l Film Fest.).  Management is trying to accommodate many other festivals and foreign film groups throughout the US that wish to showcase the award-winning film.

Management is pleased to announce that specialized retail stores throughout the United States have been joining a sales syndicate of outlets specifically designed for Irish-American goods.  Many of these outlets showcased the DVD and CD of Red Roses and Petrol in their stores for the recent holidays and are also planning promotions for the upcoming St. Patrick's Day celebration.  Contact information for these retailers may be found on the film's official website.
